Intellectual Property Rights

When you upload content to your business listing, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform.

Account Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your business listings will be removed, but reviews and content may remain on the platform in anonymized form.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when possible, but immediate termination may be necessary in severe cases.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from your use of FinQuest.io will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
